Booking Policy

Deposits & Payments

For all bookings, a £50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. If you have chosen the 'Pay in Full' option for a treatment or course, £50 of that total is designated as your non-refundable booking deposit.

This deposit is fully protected should you need to reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

With 48+ hours' notice: Your deposit remains fully protected and will be transferred to your new booking.

With less than 48 hours' notice: The £50 deposit will be retained to cover clinical time and overheads. A new deposit will be required to book a future session.

Late Arrivals

To maintain clinical excellence and respect for all patients, we operate a strict schedule. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be cancelled to avoid impacting subsequent patients. In this instance, your deposit will be retained.

Course Protocols

When booking a course, you are securing a clinical journey. While the first session is booked online, subsequent sessions must be scheduled in-clinic to ensure the correct biological intervals for your treatment.

Our booking policies are in place to protect our time and ensure appointments remain available for clients who are ready to commit. When one client is late or does not attend, it affects the entire day, including other clients and their appointments.
