is it for you
Here's the thing. Not every under-eye concern is a skin concern. Some of it is shadow from bone structure and some of it is fluid. If ProEye isn't the right answer for your eyes, I'll tell you that at the consultation rather than sell you a course.
the course
One session makes a difference. Three is what builds it, because skin works to its own timetable, not yours.
The first session concentrates hydration in the area. This is where the smoothing you notice soonest tends to come from.
Session 2 builds on the first while the skin is already responding.
The last session completes the course, so the look is carried by skin condition rather than by product alone.
why prodermis
Most injectable ranges do one thing. They either add structure or they add hydration. Prodermis does both, and that's what pulled me in.
Every product pairs Hyaluronic Acid, the molecule your skin already uses to hold water, with Polynucleotides. Think of it as soil and seeds. The Hyaluronic Acid is the water, that's the part you see soonest. The seeds work quietly over the weeks that follow.
on the day
Come with clean skin and no eye make-up if you can. Numbing cream goes on and sits for around 20 minutes.
A series of very fine injections across the treatment area. Most people describe a quick sting rather than pain. The session itself takes around 30 minutes.
Small raised bumps and some redness are normal and settle within a few hours. Bruising is possible in this area, so don't book the day before something important.
No make-up on the area for the rest of the day. No sauna, steam, hot yoga or heavy exercise for 24 hours. Nothing else on the area, no facials, peels or microneedling, for 2 weeks.
We check in at each session and reassess at the end of the course.
suitability
Every consultation covers the same ground, because this is how we work out whether ProEye is right for you.
Common side effects are redness, swelling, small bumps at the injection points and bruising, all short-lived. Less common are prolonged swelling, tenderness or a reaction to the product. Anything you should watch for is explained in full before you consent.

questions
It runs about 30 minutes. We look at your eye area together, go through your medical history, medication and allergies, and talk about what's actually bothering you. You'll get a straight answer on whether ProEye suits you, how many sessions I'd suggest and what it costs. Nothing is treated on the same visit unless you're suitable and you're happy to go ahead.
Usually 2 to 4 weeks apart, with the exact spacing set at your consultation based on your skin and how you respond to the first session. The full course is normally done within 3 months.
Hydration shows up first, often within the first week or two. The rest builds gradually across the course, so the fairest point to judge it is a few weeks after your third session rather than after your first.
None in the sense of time off. You can go straight back to your day. Expect small raised bumps and some redness for a few hours, and know that bruising is possible in this area, so leave a clear run before anything you're photographed at.
No. You won't see added volume because there isn't any. ProEye is a skin booster, not a filler, so it works on the condition and appearance of the skin rather than the shape of your face. What people tend to notice is that you look rested.
Anyone pregnant or breastfeeding, anyone with an active infection, inflammation, eczema or a cold sore in or near the area, and anyone with a known allergy to lidocaine or to fish. Certain autoimmune conditions, blood thinning medication and a history of poor healing also need discussing first. That's what the consultation is for.
Numbing cream goes on first. After that most people describe small quick stings rather than pain. The under-eye area is sensitive, so I work slowly.
Often yes, but the order and the timing matter. Bring a list of anything you've had recently to your consultation and we'll sequence it properly.
